Count’s former head of finconnect launches independent national mortgage aggregation group
Source: Press Release
outsource financial launched Monday as an independent national aggregation group - independent being the operative word. outsource is not owned by a bank or dealer group and believe this is going to be a very important to the success of our group.
We believe that the writers are getting frustrated with their aggregator and we intend to differentiate outsource by going back to basics and ensuring our writers and members are more than just a name.
Carmel Cappelleri (who was Direct Writer of the Year at finconnect) and Andrea Tassis (who was Lending Manager of the Year at finconnect) are directors and shareholders of the new entity Both these individuals are very experienced and respected within the industry and have a strong following within the professional services arena.
A large core of our business will still be to offer lending and leasing solutions to financial planners, accountants, lawyers and large professional services groups. By being independent this enables us to attract a broader range of members - as there is no conflict of interest evident.
Both myself, Carmel and Andrea have spoken to a number of Accountants/Lawyers/Finance Consultants recently and they all said the same thing - that they would feel more comfortable/confident in joining outsource purely due to the independence. So we know we are on the right track.
It has been and was quite evident that there was a distinct lack of strong relationships with the writers and many had gone away from the good old fashioned way of doing business we intend to do a 360 degree turn and go back to forming these kind of relationships with our members and writers - again with the emphasis on “you are going to be more than a name to us!”.
Our aim is to have and to build an effective partnership with all of our people, which we will do through various means such as hosting seminars and workshops on business planning and marketing, and by ensuring there are experts available to support our people - essentially what outsource will be is their ‘partner in lending’.
Our intentions are not to be the largest aggregator what we are looking for is around 100-150 good quality writers of whom who we can provide top service to in order to increase their volume of work via the specialists who we will have access or via our lead generation through our referring members from the professional services sector. Our main focus will be on these writers and our strategy to be the ‘preferred aggregator for the professional services sector”
Debra Benn, has joined the group as our regional manager - Deb was formerly the regional manager for Resimac she comes to us with a wealth of experience in assisting members/writers build their business.
outsource will have a strong pool of writers which will be aligned to our referring Accountants/Lawyers/Financial Planners and large groups.
