At the AGM a special resolution was approved, restricting the number of board members from a related body corporate to two.
Mr Naylor said that over the past year the MFAA has made significant strides in advancing industry interests, such as negotiations over national consumer credit regulations with the Federal Government and further enhancement of industry accreditation requirements.
“The newly elected board represents a strong cross-section of the industry nationwide. I look forward to continuing to work with the board in our ongoing efforts to enhance industry standing and advocate on behalf of the profession,” Mr Naylor concluded.
