Ray White Development Marketing On Target

Australasia’s largest real estate group, Ray White, is on track to dominate the residential development sales sector in New South Wales due to the early impact of the recently launched Ray White Development Marketing.

Ray White Development Marketing Principal Troy Turner said the Sydney-based division had made significant inroads during its first two months of operation.

“We are already on track to achieve our first year goal of having more than 1,000 lots on land subdivisions under management,” he said.

“Sydney’s north-west and south-west regions have seen a massive lift in sales since January with most land estates and builders reporting their best six month sales figures since 2003.

“A lot of this activity can be attributed to the boosted First Home Owners Grant but there has been a flow on to established home owners looking to upgrade.

“We hope to see more of this segment of the market and the return of investors during the remainder of the year.”

Mr Turner said it was an exciting time in the development industry and the Ray White Development Marketing division was poised to capitalise on a rise in activity.

“The outlook for the property market looks brighter over the next 12 to 18 months and we at Ray White Development Marketing have the resources, knowledge and expertise to ensure we are ready for whatever the market delivers,” he said.

Mr Turner said the division had recently signed an exclusive services agreement with an external consulting firm with extensive experience in joint venture structure, marketing, financial viability and total project review.

“This relationship brings a new level of professional service to development clients and again places Ray White at the forefront of the industry,” he said.
