Please explain how investors coming back into the market will help? 
There is a shortage of dwellings and until we start to build, nothing will change that.
Press the banks and government to allow cash to flow more easily to the builders out there and keep those building costs low with some sort of incentive program such as with the recent increase in FHOG benefits.</description>
