Assured Home Loans franchise now fee-free

South Australian-based mortgage broker, Assured Home Loans is setting up its franchise operation on a ‘try before you buy’ basis according to news sources.

According to Assured CEO Gary Williams, the brokers that do sign up as a franchise under the Assured brand will not be charged any start-up fee. Breaking from the traditional franchise model of “pay before you start” will allow Assured to take the time to see the right people, rather than those with access to the right capital.

The fee-free model will allow franchise operators a “great head start” over normal franchise operations.

CEO Gary Williams predicted that 14 franchises would be established across South Australia with even further expansions planned for next year.  Assured currently has access to more than 30 lenders and are one of South Australia largest brokers.

Surely no fool would even consider paying a franchise set up fee in the current climate.

Sadly I paid one 6 years ago , which I now value as zero!

Assured Franchises???? What’ll they think of next? Electric cars?

I’d rather preach Christianity & womens rights to the Taliban in Afghanistan than do such a thing!
